FLSmidth Cement is now wholly owned by an affiliate of Pacific Avenue Capital Partners. To mark this new chapter, the company will rebrand to Fuller® Technologies.
On 20 June 2025, it was announced that an affiliate of Pacific Avenue Capital Partners (“Pacific Avenue”), a global private equity firm, signed a binding agreement to purchase FLSmidth Cement, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals. Those conditions have now been met, and the acquisition has closed.
FLSmidth Cement was sold as a complete operating business with all IP, technology, employees, manufacturing facilities, sales, and service organisations. As Fuller Technologies, the Company will continue to support its customers seamlessly and continuously, ensuring that its technology offerings meet the ever-increasing demands of the market.
Customers can expect increased investment in people and products, supported by a focused and dedicated management team working to advance Fuller Technologies’ robust portfolio of capital products, digital, and service offerings. The Company will continue delivering world-class performance across its product lines, with a renewed focus on Pyro and Grinding solutions and continued emphasis and dedicated resources for PFISTER®, Ventomatic®, Pneumatic Conveying, and Automation offerings.
