Cement Production Seminar: Pyroprocess
Understand the fundamentals and gain insights on how to improve the performance and productivity, efficiency, and product quality of your pyroprocess system. This 3-day seminar covers preheaters, kiln and cooler systems with a focus onpyroprocess theory, design basis, operational principles, control and regulation, process troubleshooting, calculation methods, and optimization. The seminar offers classroom instruction from Fuller specialists and case studies based on real situations at different cement plants. Work sessions are scheduled to allow for an interactive study of the design, function, and evaluation of pyroprocess systems in a cement plant.

Kiln System Maintenance
The purpose of the training is to give participants knowledge and understanding within specific maintenance areas for modern kilns. Enabling them the skills to perform diagnostic site measurements. Upon completion of the course, the students should be able to: Know and account for kiln root causes, symptoms and their maintenance theory Execute important kiln diagnostic measurements Evaluate, analyze and draw technical conclusions Elaborate and describe relevant action plans for the kiln maintenance

PFISTER® Expert System Training Electronics: Legacy CSC
The 3-day (7 hours / day) Pfister® Expert System Training seminar is designed to train the participants about expert level functions of the Pfister® rotor weighfeeder dosing system. This seminar can be setup with your Pfister® feeders in mind specifically, so our experts can train you or your staff to be advanced handlers and maintenance personnel for the Pfister® feeders on your plant Pfister® rotor weighfeeders are used for many applications in material dosing, designed to deliver consistent and highly accurate feed rates. Whether it’s pulverized or alternative fuels, or fine-grained raw materials, variations in dosing can have a negative impact throughout the plant operation. This seminar is designed to help you enhance system reliability and availability to maintain consistent dosing. Beyond what you will learn about your Pfister® systems, this seminar provides excellent networking opportunities with our specialists as well as your counterparts from the industry.
