Pardhu is an Asset Specialist who has been with Fuller for more than a decade. Most of his journey has been within the Service Engineering department, where he served as a Senior Product Specialist for rotary kilns - supporting proposals, order execution, upgrades, sales, and field services for spare parts, rebuilds, and retrofits. Currently, he is part of the Commercial Excellence team, where he leads strategic planning and manages the full lifecycle of kiln-related service offerings.
