About  the Role

The Logisitic Co-ordinator  is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of domestic and international transportation activities. This role ensures that shipments are scheduled, tracked, and delivered efficiently while maintaining compliance with company policies, service level agreements, and applicable trade regulations.

Working closely with internal stakeholders, carriers, warehouses, and freight partners, the Logistics Analyst helps ensure seamless logistics operations and a high level of service delivery. The role also focuses on monitoring transportation performance, resolving operational issues, identifying process improvement opportunities, and driving efficiencies across the supply chain.

This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Your  Responsibilities :

• Coordinate domestic and international inbound and outbound shipments.
• Process transportation purchase requisitions and issue freight purchase orders.
• Schedule shipments and maintain accurate transportation records within ERP and logistics systems.
• Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve transportation issues.
• Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Support import and export documentation and customs compliance activities.
• Track logistics costs and assist with freight cost reporting and analysis.
• Monitor transportation performance against established service level agreements (SLAs).
• Assist with carrier performance tracking and freight bid activities.
• Analyze transportation data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
• Support Sales, Procurement, Customer Service, and Operations with logistics planning and shipment coordination.

You bring

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business or related field preferred.
• 2-4 years of logistics, transportation, supply chain, or import/export experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and transportation management systems preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
