Fuller Technologies celebrates U.S. heritage and announces expansion plans for Northampton operations

Allentown, PA – 3 February 2026 – A familiar name from Lehigh Valley’s industrial heritage is returning to its American roots. Following its acquisition last year by private equity firm Pacific Avenue Capital Partners, Fuller Technologies is forging a proudly independent path, relocating its Headquarters to Allentown, PA and building on its century-long history in what was once heralded as the “cement capital of the world”. Since its acquisition, Fuller has reorganized its holdings and will retain its extensive global footprint, including its ongoing commitment to strategic locations in India and Denmark, where it recently opened new office locations, while establishing its Headquarters in Allentown, PA.

Fuller traces its roots to 1926, when Colonel James Wheeler Fuller III established the business in the heart of the Lehigh Valley’s cement industry. The company's pioneering Fuller-Kinyon pneumatic screw pump, invented by Allentown innovator Alonzo Kinyon, quickly became an industry standard and one of the most recognizable technologies in cement conveying worldwide. That industrious spirit continues today at Fuller's advanced manufacturing facility in Allen Township, Northampton County, PA.

"Fuller Technologies is proud to be a global company, while returning to its deep roots in Pennsylvania's industrial heritage with the relocation of its Headquarters to the USA," said Dennis Cassidy, Fuller’s Chief Executive Officer. "The Lehigh Valley shaped our identity and capabilities, and we are proud to be a part of its future.” Today, the Lehigh Valley remains a vital center of American cement production, home to several major cement plants. The US cement market is the world’s third-largest, after China and India, and the US construction market is expected to support medium-term demand growth.

Fuller is actively seeking to expand its workforce at its 122,000-square-foot Northampton County manufacturing facility, welcoming applications from experienced manufacturing professionals and those seeking careers in industrial equipment production.

“We are committed to creating quality employment opportunities here in Pennsylvania, as we expand our operating presence in the key American cement market,” added Cassidy. “With many manufacturers facing challenges in attracting skilled workers, workforce development is a strategic priority for us.”

Best known as a comprehensive solutions provider to the global cement industry, Fuller's equipment spans the cement-making process and is present in more than half the world's cement plants outside of China. While cement remains its core market, the company’s solutions are present in various other industries, including the lime, minerals, and bulk materials handling sectors, with plans to expand these complementary operations as part of its growth strategy.

“Our strength,” concluded Cassidy, “comes from being a truly international business with talented teams around the world. Our engineering and manufacturing locations in Europe and Asia are integral to delivering our products and services to a customer base that is truly global and will remain so. As we develop our base in Pennsylvania, we are also committed to growing our presence and technical expertise in key markets around the world.”
