Dinesh brings nearly two decades of global experience spanning cement process engineering, advanced process control (APC) and digital transformation. Over his career at FLSmidth- now Fuller Technologies, he has held diverse roles across process design, field services and APC delivery, combining deep technical expertise with commercial and strategic leadership. As a former process lead, Dinesh played a key role in developing engineering talent, enabling sales and execution teams to deliver robust, value-driven solutions for cement producers worldwide. He later transitioned fully into advanced process control, focusing on applying deep process understanding to scalable digital optimization strategies. Today, Dinesh serves as Global Product Manager for ECS/ProcessExpert, Fuller’s flagship APC platform, where he sets the product direction and roadmap, strengthening digital optimization with a clear focus on customer value
