Roller crusher

Roller crushers are mainly used to break down materials that fracture easily, such as soft limestone, chalk, and clay. In cement plants, roller crushers are commonly used for both primary and secondary crushing. Depending on how hard the material is, they can reduce lumps to about one-third to one-fifth of their original size. The material is broken down as it passes between the rollers, where it is torn and crushed.
