Drop-In Replacement for Fuller-Kinyon® Pumps
Hot Swap bearing assemblies are factory-prepared replacement units designed to simplify FK pump maintenance and reduce operational downtime. Instead of sourcing and rebuilding individual components on-site, maintenance teams receive a complete pre-assembled bearing and shaft assembly prepared according to original factory procedures and tolerances.
The assembly arrives ready for installation — helping reduce typical FK pump bearing replacement time from 7–10 hours to approximately 3 hours while improving maintenance predictability during planned or unplanned shutdown events. Available inventory includes multiple drive-end and discharge-end configurations for selected Fuller-Kinyon® pump models.

3-Piece Screw Upgrade for Fuller-Kinyon® Pumps
Planned downtime creates an opportunity to upgrade to Fuller’s 3-piece screw configuration without adding additional installation downtime.
The replaceable center screw section allows future maintenance work to be completed without removing the full shaft assembly — reducing maintenance hours, simplifying service procedures and lowering long-term replacement costs.
