The role is primarily focused on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements, including equipment sales, engineering, EP+ (Engineering and Procurement Plus), service, and supplier contracts.

Partnering closely with colleagues across Sales, Operations, Project Management, Supply Chain, and Finance, you will help facilitate commercial transactions, manage contractual risk, resolve disputes, and protect the company's financial and operational interests.

Reporting directly to the Global Head of Legal based in Denmark, you will also contribute to a broad range of legal and business matters, including corporate governance, regulatory compliance, commercial insurance, real estate and facility leases, litigation management, and strategic business initiatives throughout the region.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded legal professional who enjoys working closely with business leaders, providing pragmatic advice, and influencing key decisions. The successful candidate will play an important role in strengthening commercial contracting processes, driving legal and operational discipline, and supporting the continued growth of a private equity-owned global organization.
