Roller Crusher Type E

Fuller roller crusher type names show the crusher design: E means a single-step roller crusher, while TS means a roller crusher with toothed sections. The numbers that follow, such as 120 x 150, refer to the roller diameter and roller length in centimeters.

Our Fuller Roller Crusher Type E is built with two rollers and cast bosses. One roller shaft can be adjusted, while the other stays fixed and includes a flywheel. You can change the gap between the rollers depending on how fine the crushing needs to be. Both rollers also have scrapers to help clear away any material that sticks to the surface.

The crusher also includes overload protection. A plate punching device connected to the adjustable roller bearing works together with a motor safety switch. If a very hard object gets stuck between the rollers, the device activates and stops both the crusher and the feed.

Motor power is transferred through a gear drive and two cardan shafts, which makes it possible to adjust the space between the rollers.

The roller crusher frame is made from welded and cast steel parts that are bolted together. The rollers use grease-lubricated roller bearings, while the toothed wheels in the gear drive run in oil and have grease-lubricated shaft bearings.

Our roller crushers are dependable, easy to operate, and require very little maintenance or lubrication.

The Roller Crusher Type TS is designed for soft chalk and clay. It uses toothed roller sections to tear apart large blocks of material before the next crushing step.

Performance varies depending on the level of crushing needed and the consistency of the material.
