A KilnLoq Plant Maintenance Visit (PMV) is a thorough onsite service that keeps your kiln inlet gas analysis reliable and your probe clean. Our technicians check the whole sampling system, from probe to control system, so you can trust your measurements.
What's included in the visit
- Inspection and cleaning of the kiln inlet sampling probe, with a complete new O-ring set
- Cleaning or replacement of primary and secondary sample filters
- Leak check of the full sampling system
- Check of heated sample lines and analyzer components
- Full calibration check with certified span and zero gases, and recalibration if needed
- Functional check of signals, alarms and DCS/PLC communication
- Cooling water drained and replaced in the WCP tank
Free probe cleaning upgrade kit with your KilnLoq Plant Line Agreement
Struggling with blockages? When you book a KilnLoq Plant Line Agreement that includes a PMV, we'll include the EXD3 probe cleaning upgrade kit at no cost. During the 5-day visit we service and upgrade your system in one go, then install the kit and performance test it on site.
The upgrade:
- Increases cleaning pressure at the probe head by a factor of 3
- Improves probe run factor
- Cuts the time spent on probe cleaning
- Replaces key components between the air tank and the probe filter head, reducing pressure drop
- Most new systems have a runfactor between 97-99,5% and the same is seen in connection with upgrades of old systems
The kit includes all hose couplings, pipes, blow back pipes (BB2 and BB3), fittings, new quick connectors, a new airstrainer, and updated drawings and part list.
