Simple, reliable lubrication for Ful-Vane™ compressors
Delivering the correct volume of oil to each lubrication point is critical to compressor performance and longevity. With proper lubrication you can extend the life of your compressor and maximize performance, ensuring the compressed air or gas keeps flowing. But if you apply too little, or too much, the results can have a cascading effect across your process.
Fuller Technologies offers three Ful-Lube™ lubrication systems designed specifically for your Ful-Vane™ Compressor.
Ful-Lube™ S
A simple and reliable lubrication system that keeps your Ful-Vane™ rotary vane compressor properly lubricated for up to 30 days without refilling. A single oil line runs from the lube system to the injectors, which are installed adjacent to the compressor.
Ful-Lube™ 3
A more advanced option, the Ful-Lube 3 features a three-inch monochrome touchscreen and compressor monitoring capabilities. Individual oil lines run from the lube system to the compressor, allowing individual monitoring of each oil line.
Ful-Lube™ PLUS
Building on the capabilities of the Ful-Lube™ 3, this lubrication system upgrades to a seven-inch color touchscreen and has the capability to control your compressor and its auxiliary equipment.

The belt-free, PLC-controlled injectors offer our most advanced technology to date, providing you with complete confidence in your Ful-Vane™ compressor’s lubrication.
Ful-Lube™ S: Simple and reliable lubrication without the bells and whistles
If you just need a reliable lubrication system without the added monitoring and control capabilities of the Ful-Lube 3 or Ful-Lube PLUS, the all-new Ful-Lube S has you covered. With the same precise PLC-controlled injector technology, the simplified visuals and alarm system of the Ful-Lube S still provide an indication of lubricant flow and loss of flow. This basic system also includes a standard oil level switch and an optional oil tank heater.
Achieve greater optimization with the Ful-Lube™ 3
Easily set the precise lubrication rate for your specific compressor to reduce oil waste. The Ful-Lube™ 3’s straightforward PLC-based automation meters oil within ±2% accuracy, based on your compressor size, speed, and application. The system safeguards critical components by monitoring compressor temperature and pressure, helping to reduce oil waste and maintenance costs – protecting both your equipment and your bottom line.
Increase the capabilities of your lubrication system with the Ful-Lube™ PLUS
With an upgraded 7-inch HMI touchscreen, the Ful-Lube™ PLUS lubrication system delivers the same precise oil injection while adding PLC control of your compressor and associated auxiliary equipment, such as the radiator fan and coolant pump. This system makes an ideal upgrade for both the lube system and control panel in your Ful-Pak™ compressor enclosure.
