Cement technology videos

Raw material chemistry changes constantly, while analysis results are available only periodically. QCX/BlendExpert™, our advanced quality control software, bridges the gap with predictive modelling and automated control. It tracks material from each feeder, learns from every analysis and continuously adjusts feeder set-points to keep raw meal and cement chemistry on target with minimal variation. The result: better quality and efficiency, lower costs and emissions, less wear and downtime - and more room for alternative fuels.
